Currently.the period of international economic integration poses a major challenge for every business,not only for businesses but also Vietnam's foreign businesses are investing here.The businesses on the one hand facing the rigors of the fierce business competition of the competitors,a manager must know his face and resolve the issue from within the enterprise,harmonization,stability and development.Insiders of the operating business personnel face many difficulties because it also affected from external competitive factors.mainly to the competition of qualified human resources,by human resources is most valuable assets decide the success or failure in the future.Therefore regardless of any business must focus on keeping stability and constantly improve the quality staff in your business.It shows the commitment and long-term work,dedication dedication to the business.Therefore,take advantage is knowing and promote human resources through measures management psychologist in order to satisfy the demands of the workers will succeed in keeping them.In this Thesis,I focused going into the study of factors affecting the long-term business decisions of young workers aged 20 to 35 in the Chinese company located in Vietnam.I selected object of study,because they have more impact psychological factors to dominate the process of decision-making work at this age.Meanwhile researchers gathered in violation of the Chinese company in Vietnam,I hopes that this will contribute to sketch on Vietnam economic picture for Chinese investors want to invest Vietnam market in the future.This thesis using qualitative and quantitative to resolve problem.First,I uses to research document sum up to framework and modeling studies.Then,I uses research survey methods by questionnaires.In the course of empirical studies,I used the software SPSS22.0 to test the compatibility of the theoretical model,then 1 fit motivational factors working in enterprises,factor analysis and regression models to make modeling results from that study and propose solutions to enhance work motivation to continue working by young workers.Results after running the model shows the elements such as target elements of work and the level of empowerment,factors relationships with superiors,elements relationships with colleagues,welfare and salary elements often.These are the factors that most influence on decision-making psychology of young employees working.In addition,this thesis also continue to study the differences in each factor to control variables such as gender,working time,job placement,education and income to come up with most detailed conclusion.I hope that this thesis will contribute little to give Chinese managers doing business in Vietnam as well as the market will invest in Vietnam get tips and helpful information.From there,they can come up with the right personnel policies to take advantage of the young workforce of Vietnam high quality,contribute to improving the efficiency of production and business of enterprises.
