In recent years,with the increasing strength of Chinese enterprises and the support of the national "go global" strategy,China from the international capital inflow of the major country gradually transformed into the international capital outflow of the major country.Vietnam is one of the hotspots of international FDI in recent years.Vietnam's stable investment environment,favorable natural conditions,cheap labor and the government's positive attitude towards foreign investment have made Vietnam an ideal investment destination for more and more multinational companies.As an important neighbor of Vietnam,China and Vietnam have a lot in common in terms of economy,culture,customs,lifestyles,consumption psychology and building a socialist market economy,which provides more convenient conditions for the two countries to carry out economic and trade cooperation.With the all-round development of China-Vietnam friendly relations,Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam is also increasing day by day.This paper mainly studies the scale,industry distribution,source and investment mode of China's direct investment in Vietnam through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.Based on the analysis of the motives and risks of China's direct investment in Vietnam,it is concluded that Chinese enterprises invest in Vietnam mainly for the purpose of seeking resources,market,preferential policies and factors of production,while also facing the risks of political corruption,rapid price increase of factors and low labor quality.Second,according to the spatial correlation characteristics of the direct investment,this paper uses Stata to build an econometric model,from the space view to study the factors that influence the Chinese enterprise direct investment in Vietnam.The research shows that factors such as Vietnam regional education level,market potential,infrastructure,labor force and transportation construction are factors for Chinese enterprises to consider.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and the empirical analysis results,several suggestions are put forward: first,Chinese enterprises can increase the investment in agricultural products processing,machinery manufacturing,electronics,textile and other industries,and strengthen the cooperation in the development of tourism resources;Second,enterprises should comprehensively analyze the regional advantages of Vietnam countries from the perspective of space,and make differentiated investment;Third,the investment in Vietnam's infrastructure is in line with the strategies of the two countries;Fourth,enterprises should carefully evaluate the labor market in Vietnam and implement the strategy of talent localization;Fifth,large enterprises should be adopted as the core,small and medium-sized enterprises cluster to enter,so as to form an economic cluster;Sixth,the state and enterprises should work together to prevent political risks and establish harmonious relations with Vietnam;Seventh,enterprises should reasonably avoid legal risks,control factor costs,effectively prevent operational risks.
