Vietnam investment potential and investment environment to attract Chinese investors, more and more competent Chinese enterprises want to "go out", explore the Vietnamese market, participate in the wider international competition. In recent years, China investment in Vietnam has also increased year by year, and the talent is the core resource more Chinese enterprises, especially Chinese employees as a senior management personnel, technical backbone enterprises in the core, so how to mobilize staff motivation, improve the satisfaction of their job satisfaction, give full play to their potential, is the core and key of the Vietnamese government and in the Chinese enterprise human resources management.In this paper combining domestic and foreign research and analyzing the work motivation factors, reference models of existing mature work motivation structure according to the need of study appropriate modifications to the questionnaire, through a survey of Chinese funded enterprises in Vietnam to employees, employees working dynamic molecular composition of machine study, as well as the influence on job satisfaction.Firstly, based on the literature review, combined with the research, put forward the research framework and exist significant differences in Nationality in Chinese enterprises with more employees work motivation, job satisfaction; Secondly, this article for more Chinese enterprises in Chinese and Vietnamese staff conducted a formal investigation, on the collected data were analyzed.Research shows, is divided into two parts of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of employees work in more Chinese enterprises work motivation, intrinsic motivation by achievement motivation, interest hobby motivation, learning motivation structure, external motivation by rewards motivation, motivation, promotion communication dynamic machine.External motivation of Vietnamese employee job satisfaction influence greatly, and China books on employee job satisfaction influence is the intrinsic motivation, especially the achievement motivation. At the same time, there are differences in different groups in the work motivation and job satisfaction, Internal work motivation exist mutual influence, and China employees of Chinese funded enterprises in Vietnam on job satisfaction and room to improve.Therefore, we according to the results of this research, summed up the employees working in Vietnam characteristic of work motivation, and puts forward the corresponding incentive measures, to better meet their needs and improve their job satisfaction.
