Research On Optimization Countermeasures Of Taxation Service Work In Hekou County Local Taxation System

Tax service is an important function of the tax department.With the change of tax authorities function and the development of taxation,tax service is asked to update simultaneously and transform service-concept,service mode,service quality and efficiency.Tax service is an important tool for building a harmonious relationship between tax officials and taxpayers.In recently years tax authorities are increasingly concerned about tax services.In this paper,I am a grass-roots tax worker.I research and compare many historical documents,observe the situation for writing.This paper consists five parts,and based on the thinking:discover problems-analyze problems-solve problems.With the Analysis of the tax service situation in Hekou land tax system,I discover some tax service problems.Through the problems,I work hard for the cause.Finally,I need to solve the tax service situation with New Public Management Theory,Process Reengineering Theory,Tax Compliance Theory.The optimizing of tax service in this paper,is starting from Hekou tax system.Some methods are innovative,for example we Establish network booking platform;set up the national language service posts;organize the Voluntary tax service by Retired tax officials;shoot micro video with tax knowledge and burn a CD free for the township government.The idea in this paper can guide the actual work of land tax system in Hekou.
