Research On County Economic Development Of Yancheng City In Jiangsu Province

County economy is the combination of macro and micro economic development in China,and the development trends of county development will have a significant impact on national development planning,industrial policy and so on.County is a regional concept and is the area where rural villagers and urban residents live.At the same time,the county is also the link between the city and the countryside,and it is an important strategic base for the development of urban and rural areas and the integration of urban and rural economy.The county can also be understood as a language containing administrative intention.It's really meaningful to consider the overall economic development of a province and the development of specific regional differences from the perspective of the county level.The eighteen report has pointed out that we have to seek a breakthrough in the reform in China's economy development.To realize sustainable development,we must attach great importance to the construction of social security system covering urban and rural areas and promote the building of a well-off society while properly solving the problems in the reform and development.There is no doubt that all these require the construction and efforts of the county economy.Recently,the State Council has published the “Several opinions on innovation driven development of the county” which has pointed out that realizing the coordinated development of county economy and society is of great significance for building an innovative country and even building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present,the administrative region in the county level reaches 2862,while the Jiangsu Province is accounted for 3.7%,including 27 county-level cities,25 counties and 54 municipal districts.Each county's economic development has its own characteristics and is of great significance to the economic development of the province.Because regional development in Jiangsu Province is very different and the county development in the region has its own characteristics,so it is significant to conduct the research of regional development and the path and mode of county development.Yancheng county is a typical county in northern Jiangsu province,as the only one selected into the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration Planning of northern Jiangsu city,it's GDP stands first in northern Jiangsu province,it's economic development has great potential.There are also several problems in the development of Yancheng county economy,such as the potential of agricultural development has not been fully excavated,the industrial structure is not reasonable,low investment efficiency,etc.The study of the reality of the development of county economy in Yancheng is helpful to put forward some suggestions and to solve the problems in the development of county economy and to improve the level of county economic development in Yancheng.This article starts from the arrangement of the related literature at home and abroad combing the development of county economy,the county economy's connotation and types,characteristics,theoretical basis,basic mode,and then introduces and analyzes the reality of the development of county economy in Yancheng including industrial development,development stage,urbanization level,fixed assets investment,foreign economic and trade situation and so on.The paper trys to compare with the benchmarking county-Suzhou county's economic development conditions and the analysis of the status quo to sort out the Yancheng county and Suzhou county economic development gap and the main reason.Then the paper selects the EVIEWS tools to deal with the two county economic development data,explore the specific contribution degree of Yancheng County factor input,and put forward the relevant suggestions of county economic development adjustment in Yancheng.In this dissertation,through empirical research on human capital,investment in science and technology,industrial structure,capital factors to conduct aquantitative analysis on the county economic growth and the contribution.The results show that the capital stock is of the highest contribution rate which means capital stock stimulating the growth of county economy.At the same time,the county economic growth is closely related to scientific and technological progress and human capital investment.The elasticity coefficient of industrial structure ranks first among the elasticity of factor structure,but its overall contribution rate is fourth.This shows that Yancheng county still needs to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and promote industrial development.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward general idea of county economy development in Yancheng and several policy suggestions.First,Yancheng county should optimize the industrial structure and promote industrial development.Second,Yancheng county need to optimize the investment structure and raise the input level of education and science and technology.Third,Yancheng county should pay attention to the coordinated development of urbanization and the protection of ecological environment.This paper attempts to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the county economy in Yancheng county through the above policy recommendations.
