Studies About The Influence Of Enshi Rural Human Resource Development On Farmer's Income

China is an agricultural country,as previously carried out for a long time to give priority to supporting the development strategy of industry,resulting in debts much investment in agriculture,the problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" became the bottlenecks in fast and harmonious development of China's economy.In recent years,with the government's increased efforts in support,the income level of farmers has been greatly improved,but the gap between urban and rural income is still large and farmers' income growth rate has slowed down gradually,how to further solve the problem of increasing farmers' income,has become the key to solve the "three rural" problems.Enshi Prefecture is at the southwest of Hubei Province,east of Jing Chu,south of Xiaoxiang,west near Chongqing and Guizhou,north depends on Shennongjia.Enshi Prefecture,established on August 19,1983,is the only ethnic minority autonomous prefecture in Hubei Province,and the rural population of Enshi Prefecture ranks top among Hubei Province,but the rural labor force quality and rural disposable income were lower than the average level of Hubei Province,level of human resources development and the farmers' disposable income needs to be improved urgently.Combined previous research on Rural Human Resources Development with Enshi rural income's situation,the author tries to promote the problem of human resources development and farmers' income to a more intensive degree.At the mean time,the author hopes this essay could help the following related study a bit as a reference.The article is divided into five parts to discuss:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,and the relevant research at home and abroad to carry out a comprehensive sort.In the second part,the main concepts involved in the paper are defined,including: human resources,human resources development,rural human resources development,increasing the income of farmers,combined with the development of human resources of farmers income role in promoting are briefly analyzed.In the third part,by means of data analysis,comprehensive objectively shows the Enshi rural labor in terms of level of education,access to medical services,the transfer of the surplus labor force of the reality of the situation.Through comparing with other cities in Hubei Province,the income level of Enshi farmers and gapbetween rural income and urban income,it offers data support for the subsequent analysis.The fourth part discusses the reasons for the lack of human resources development in Enshi,and makes multi-dimension analysis on it,which provides a transition to the follow part.In the fifth part,on the above analysis and demonstration,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions on the development of human resources based on the perspective of farmers' income.
