The object of this study is the knowledge-based female employees in Shanghai foreign enterprise.The study is based on a review of related literature and the Career barrier to review and comment the present research of the study variables and to identify,define and confirm the research hypothesis and model.The study use large sample empirical investigation and analysis of relevant data to understand the current career barrier and career success states of knowledge-based female in Shanghai foreign enterprise.On the basis of theoretical and empirical study,the objective of this study is to suggest the feasibility way to reduce the knowledge of women's career barrier and to improve the related system for knowledge-based female career success.The first part is the introduction,this part describes the research background,questions,significance,content,methods,innovation and deficiency.The second part is the knowledge-based women career barrier and career success review,in this part,firstly,introduce the concept in this study involves such as: career barrier and career success of knowledge-based women;secondly is the related literatures and summarized review.The third part is construction,research design and research model,in this part,firstly,introduce the variables definition of career barrier and career success and according to the theory of literature,constructs the research model and amend the research questionnaire.The fourth part is the empirical study on the factors of foreign enterprise knowledge-based female career barrier,in this part,analyze the survey data by correlation analysis,regression analysis,descriptive statistics,factor analysis and etc to find the relationship of individual factors and career career barrier and according to the results of the analysis summarize the impact of individual factors on career barrier.The fifth part is the empirical study of Shanghai foreign enterprise knowledge-based female career success,in this part,find each evaluation criteria of career success and use correlation analysis to find the relationship of career barrier and career success.The sixth part is the conclusions,recommendations and expectation,in this part,compared with the study hypothesis to summarize the conclusions of the study,based on the conclusion of the study,puts forward feasible suggestions to reduce the knowledge-based female career barrier factors,and summarize the future research directions of the female career barrier and career success.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Career barrier and Career success are both multidimensional,(2)The female intellectuals in Shanghai 's foreign capital enterprises do have career barrier problems,(3)the individual factors of knowledge-based women will affect the career barrier perception,(4)Career barrier has a negative impact on Career success.
