With the development of society, more and more women into areas of work, but in recent years, scholars have expressed concern that most women seeking careers in the further development of kinds of obstacles when encountered.This study is for firms in the knowledge of female workers, is serving in the enterprise have a college-educated women, in order to avoid the problem statement is expressed, it used paper entitled"Knowledge female"expression. This study aimed to explore the knowledge of women making career choices when perceived barriers. By serving in the enterprise have a college-educated women conducted a questionnaire survey and the survey results, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics and dollar variance analysis found that the knowledge of women compared with men in vocational choice More barriers do exist, and different backgrounds of knowledge of the career choices of women perceived barriers to different degrees. This knowledge of women in order to achieve greater career success to enable enterprises to rational use of talents to help enterprises to create greater value, it is recommended for the knowledge society and business women, to provide equal employment environment, knowledge, but also an objective understanding of women's personal and professional self-Choose barriers and in accordance with different backgrounds and conditions to take effective measures to reduce their barriers to occupational choices.
