Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The New-type Vocational Farmer Education And Training In Pidu District

Agriculture is the foundation of our country.The transformation and development of the agricultural industry can not be separated from the optimization of the structure and quality of the farmer population.It is important to educate and train a group of farmers who have professional knowledge and experience management.In this paper,the status quo of the training of new professional farmers in the advantageous agricultural industrial zones(Ande Town,Tangchang Town,Xinminchang Town,Tangyuan Town)in Pidu District of Chengdu was investigated.Farmer training institutions,farmer training objects,farmer training content,farmer training methods,farmer training effects were thoroughly investigated.Then the existing problems and the reasons of the new type of professional peasants education and training was analyzed in this essay.The problems such as imbalance between training needs and training supply,the operation and development of education and training institutions,the inadequate training evaluation and evaluation mechanism,the selection and application of training methods were discussed.Finally,through the experience of farmer training both domestic and foreign,the countermeasures and suggestions how to improve the education and training level of a new type of professional farmer were put forward in the paper.Specific countermeasures and suggestions include:(1)Farmer training should be established and improved education and training system and policy;(2)Farmer training should be based on the local advantages of industries,highlighting the training features and priorities;(3)Farmer training should be built a government-led diversified education and training model;(4)Farmer training should be strengthened the effective connection between training supply and training needs;(5)Farmer training should be enhanced the selection of training methods and continuously improve the quality of training;(6)Farmer training should be established and improved the education and training assessment mechanism and incentive system;(7)Farmer training should be increased local financial investment.The new type of professional farmer education and training was studied in Pidu District.The theoretical and practical guidances were provided for promoted and improved the farmer education and training in pidu District.At the same time,some theoretical references were provided for other parts of the country in the essay.
