In the context of a complicated social environment such as accelerating globalization,changing market conditions,fierce market competition and frequent financial crises.Enterprises are under pressure to fulfill their social responsibilities,and all sectors of the society generally pay more attention to the leaders' moral quality and responsible behavior.However,the traditional leadership theory(such as service leadership,ethical leadership,transformational leadership,etc.)regard the relationship between leaders and subordinates as a one-way binary relationship,which is difficult to meet the needs of cooperation between enterprises and multi-stakeholders.As a result,responsible leadership came into being.Responsible leaders pay more attention to the interest demands of multi-stakeholders and are committed to building and maintaining a good trust relationship,which can promote the long-term improvement of business performance.Based on the theory of stakeholders,this paper constructs a theoretical model,takes responsible leadership as the independent variable,takes organizational learning as intermediary variable and business growth performance as dependent variable.By examining and reviewing relevant literatures,this paper uses questionnaires and data analysis to collect 229 questionnaire data analysis,and draws several conclusions as follows:(1)Based on the stakeholder theory,responsible leadership has significant positive effect on business growth performance.The four dimensions of moral integrity,open communication,caring guidance and active citizen behavior all have significant positive effect on business growth performance.(2)Responsible leadership has significant positive effect on organizational learning,and its four dimensions all have significant positive effect on organizational learning.(3)Organizational learning has significant positive effect on business growth performance.(4)Organizational learning plays a mediating role in the relation between responsible leadership and business growth performance,it plays a completely mediating role in the relation between moral integrity and business growth performance,it plays a partly mediating role in the relation among caring guidance,open communication,active citizenship behavior and business growth performance.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes and verifies the influence relationship between responsible leadership,organizational learning and business growth performance.On the one hand,it enriches the related research on the role of responsible leadership in corporate performance.On the other hand,it has important practical significance for promoting the continuous improvement of enterprise growth performance.
