In the crucial period of China's economic transformation,innovation has replaced resources and become an inexhaustible motive force for the survival and development of enterprises.In order to respond to the rapidly changing external environment and obtain and maintain competitive advantages,enterprises must pay attention to the role of innovation.Enterprise innovation is a very complicated process that requires a lot of time and effort.The formation of innovation performance will not only be affected by the organizational environment,but also require the close cooperation of all members.Leaders are the fundamental guiding force behind innovation(Wang Feirong,2012).Therefore,it has become a concern of the academic community to study how the leadership style affects corporate innovation performance.Effective leadership style can point the direction for employees and create an organizational environment suitable for innovation.leadership style is an important antecedent variable of innovation performance in theory.What kind of leadership style can promote innovation performance? Scholars at home and abroad have confirmed that the transformational leadership style will promote innovation,but there is no consensus on the impact of transactional leadership style on innovation performance.The foundation of enterprise innovation is the accumulation of internal knowledge and skills.Organization learning can help enterprises acquire new knowledge or integrate existing knowledge at the same time.And the atmosphere of innovation as the perception of innovation by internal members of the organization will affect the motivation of employees for innovation.It is necessary to further study whether the organizational learning and innovation atmosphere will influence the innovation performance of the enterprise.For the above-mentioned issues,this paper analyzes the relationship between variables on the basis of literature analysis,constructs a mediation model of leadership style-organization learning-innovative performance,and on this basis,explores the innovation atmosphere in the organization.The regulatory role between learning and innovation performance.This paper selects two typical leadership styles.Transformational leadership and transactional leadership classify the leadership style and collect data through questionnaire survey.The questionnaire content includes transformational leadership,transactional leadership,organizational learning,innovation atmosphere and innovation.The measurement of performance,as well as gender,age and other control variables,using SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to analyze the collected data,draw the following conclusions:Transformational leadership style can significantly positively affect the creation of corporate innovation performance.The transactional leadership style also promotes the creation of innovation performance.That is,both transactional and transformational leaders can positively influence the innovation performance of the company.Organizational learning mediates the impact of transformational leadership styles on innovation performance.Organizational learning also has an intermediary role between transactional leadership style and innovation performance.The innovation atmosphere plays a positive role in the adjustment between organizational learning and innovation performance.In other words,in a company with a strong innovation atmosphere,organizational learning has a stronger effect on the promotion of corporate innovation performance.The research results of this paper further validate the two kind of leadership can boost innovation performance.Leaders do not need to be involved in the management process.Excessive pursuit of transformational or transactional leadership styles;while the impact of leadership style on innovation performance is achieved through organizational learning as an intermediary role.In the management process,the company must not only focus on the guidance and training of leadership style,but also should pay attention to organizational learning.The establishment of an innovative atmosphere as an important environmental factor will modulate the organizational learning impact on innovation performance,so companies must focus on cultivating an innovative organizational atmosphere in order to more effectively improve corporate innovation performance.
