The enterprise headquarters S project of the K district(hereinafter referred to S project)is the key investment project in this administration zone,of which development and construction responsibilities had been allocated to the State-owned Enterprise Investment Group Co.,Ltd.of K district.Facing high requirements of output standard,quality and construction efficiency,the Company needs to adopt a suitable model to improve efficiency and overall consideration,to realize the project'sover all benefits.There fore,how to shorten the project duration through reasonable project plan management,is of great significance to achieve project goals.In this research,the theory of entreprise project management and project planning arejointly analyzedon the key points of Sproject planning and control.The research methods are literature research,field investigation and experience summary.The research contents include the development of model for project milestone.It starts from the enterprise goals to determine level-one and level-two nodes as the project milestons,and combines the core tasks of each stage of the S project with the enterprise objectives closely.In the project plan implementation,the S project is controlled by the method of unified planning goal,classification management and the priority of node.At the same time,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the project control methods,the Company has established and healthedthe ensurance measures.The specific measures include business preposition,reducing plan time,deleting past activity items regularly,implementation of crashing measures,regularity strict assessment measures,applying comprehensivein section and monitor functions,strengthening construction progress supervision,strengthening the risk prevention and control on contract signing.The research content of control aspect also include the application of S curve method,earned value method and optimization of construction time to check in the schedule and adjustment instancely.The research results are of great significance to the standardization framework of the project plan and control management system of the K District Investment Group.At the same time,it can also provide guidline for the implementation of other District's projects,and as a reference for other developers to strengthen project planning and control management.
