The issue of rural land is the core of the "three rural issues" and the key to rural reform. At present, our country is in the process of deepening the reform of the land system, and the rural land issue has been highly valued by the country. In recent years, frequent land conflicts in rural areas have posed enormous challenges to the social management of grassroots governments. Therefore,it is necessary to study the tactics of rural land conflict protest and have considerable research value.Based on framing strategy, political protest theory and resource mobilization theory and the media-based theory of protest, this paper chooses a total of 38 cases of land conflicts in rural China in 10 years(2007-2017)Research object, the use of fuzzy sets of qualitative comparative analysis shows that the system of Chinese rural land conflicts in the protest behavior how to affect the results. This paper divides the protests into institutional protections, institutional fringe protections and institutional protections. The strategies of protest are divided into the strategies of media protest, resource mobilization and framing, and the qualitative and quantitative analyzes of the protections are discussed respectively. The impact of the protest results revealed three distinct pathways of influence.Path one is "to adopt legal channels*rule discourse" is a necessary condition for the success of rural land conflicts.Path two is the combination of the conditions that "new media intervention, grassroots elite participation and the weakness framework" is a necessary condition for the success of rural land conflicts. The role of "traditional media support" in the outcome of the conflict over rural land conflicts is not obvious, and the role played by the new media is clearly divided.Path three is that "collective action" and"appeal to petitions" are necessary conditions for the success of the fight, while "whether there is any violent action" has no substantial effect on the outcome of the result.Combining with typical cases,it discusses the guiding modes and precautionary measures of the three paths, such as building a legal village and establishing the trust in the law and the judiciary;earnestly listening to the demands of both sides of conflicts and promoting benign interaction;establishing effective guidance mechanism of public opinion and smoothing the channels of expression; The role of new media, master the spread of the dominant.
