Study On The Behavior Of Urban And Rural Residents Social Endowment Insurance Renewal In Jianli County

Our country is in the stage of rapid population aging,the aging population is increasing,"Aged with Support" has become an important social problem,and the old pension system,especially the needs of the new rural endowment insurance system has not complied with the reality.Therefore,the State Council proposes to implement the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents.In response to the call of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council,Hubei fully implemented the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in 2015.However,with the gradual progress of the policy,some problems have also been exposed.In this paper,the endowment insurance system in urban and rural areas of Jianli County residents in Hubei Province Based on the overview of the implementation of urban and rural residents,focus on understanding the cognitive situation of this system,especially the factors affecting the behavior of urban and rural residents understand the renewal.In this paper,the renewal of urban and rural residents willingness to pay grade,and the influencing factors as the research content,select Jianli County,urban and rural areas and Cheng Ji Town,Rong Cheng Town and Hong Cheng Town,three township survey,using questionnaire survey method,empirical study on the behavior of the renewal of urban and rural residents.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper first expounded the research background and significance,then reviews the relevant research results of domestic and foreign social endowment insurance,again introduces the research contents and research methods,finally explains the lack of innovation of this paper and the main.The second part is related concepts and basic theory.First introduces the related concepts of the new rural social pension insurance and social pension insurance for urban residents and rural residents social pension insurance,and then introduces the two basic theories of the social justice theory and rational choice theory.The third part is the present situation and the research design of the social endowment insurance for the urban and rural residents in Jianli county.Firstly,the general situation of economic and social development in Jianli county is introduced,and the implementation situation of Jianli county is outlined.Then the general situation of the research design is described.Finally,the basic characteristics of the survey sample are described.The fourth part is the analysis of the factors affecting the behavior of the renewal of urban and rural residents of Jianli county.The first factor analysis of Jianli county urban and rural residents renewal intention,followed by the analysis of the impact factors ofJianli county urban and rural pension insurance renewal pay grade,finally summarizes factors that affect the behavior of urban and rural residents pension insurance renewal.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve the social endowment insurance for the urban and rural residents in Jianli county.Mainly from two aspects of the improvement of urban and rural residents in Jianli social endowment insurance work proposals.On the one hand is the countermeasures to improve the renewal intention:one is to strengthen the pension insurance policy propaganda,improve the renewal of urban and rural residents enthusiasm;two is the investment team building and funding to strengthen grassroots agencies;on the other hand is some suggestions to improve the pay grade:one is to improve the pay incentive mechanism,improve the insured renewal rate and the payment rate is two;broaden the financing channels for subsidies,collective subsidies implemented.
