A Study On The Main Behavior Of Social Security Insurance In Urban And Rural Residents

China’s sixth national population census in the main data bulletin shows that our country population aged60and above accounted for13.26%,2.93%higher than the2000census, It indicates that our population aging process accelerates step by step, with the acceleration of the process of aging in China, the effects caused by the aging of the population will gradually increase,during the "Twelfth five-year" period, the first growth peak of elderly population will appear in our country, the average annual increase of the elderly will increase from about500million of the "Eleventh five-year" period to800million. But at present, the quality of life of urban and rural elderly is not high, the pressure of family endowment increases,the function of endowment weakens, these require the government to establish a sound system of social endowment insurance urgently.The basic idea of this article is according to the thread of "define the research problem----put forward the research assumption---test and demonstration-----conclusions and recommendations".This paper briefly expounds the background of the topic, the ideas and methods of the research. Based on the review and summary of the literature, according to the development of old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in China at present, in the foundation of related theories, the author hypothesizes from the overall:the influencing factors of China’s urban and rural residents to participate in social insurance include not only the degree of economic and social development in our country at present, but also the establishment of endowment insurance system of local government and the relevant demographic factors. At first,the paper detailed expounds the reason, background and significance of the topics, analyzes and the research situation at home and abroad. Then the author defines the main body of social endowment insurance-urban and rural residents and the government, expounds the theoretical foundation of the study of urban and rural residents social endowment insurance system, and on this basis, constructs the framework of analysis of urban and rural residents social endowment insurance. Then the author conducts a sample survey of the urban and rural residents about the general situation and their intention in part area of Dezhou, on the basis, concludes the factors affecting the urban and rural residents to participate in social insurance and renewal, and draws the conclusion that the policy of government, personal income, cultural level, and satisfaction are all important factors. After that,the author analyzes the main factors that impact the government’s behavior and how the government act in the urban and rural social endowment insurance, points out the defects at present, and sums up how to promote the development of urban and rural social endowment insurance system from the perspective of government’s behavior.Finaly, the author draws a conclusion and gives some suggestions on the policy according to the results, summarizes the innovation points and problems that can be further solved of this paper.Through the above research hypothesis and related overview of descriptive analysis, then verify the hypothesis, by collecting the relevant data and quantity indicators, using multiple regression analysis of statistical test, verifying that four aspects of influencing factors have a positive role to the urban and rural residents participating in urban and rural residents endowment insurance.
