An Empirical Study Of Financial Support For The Development Of The Tourism Industry In Sichuan Province

Due to its geography and geomorphology,Sichuan has extremely rich tourism resources.With government's key support in these years,Sichuan tourism industry has entered a stage of strategic pillar industry construction.Sichuan's tourism industry development can not be separated from strong support of finance,expand capital investment,optimize tourism financial services,it promotes sustainable,healthy and rapid development of Sichuan tourism industry.In this paper,financial support for Sichuan tourism industry development as research object,based on the empirical analysis of financial support status and supporting effect of tourism industry development in Sichuan province,suggestions and suggestions on financial support for Sichuan's tourism industry development are put forward.Based on the theory of finance and economics,this paper lists the theory of tourism industry development and theory of financial support for tourism industry development as theoretical basis.The status of tourism industry and financial development in Sichuan is summarized.The status of financial supportive tourism industry is explained from financial capital and financial policy.Further points out the existing problems and shortcomings,and finally put forward relevant suggestions.There are still many problems in financial supporting the development of Sichuan tourism industry.For example,support of government fiscal and policy is insufficient,support of financial institutions to tourism industry is not enough,financing channels are few,and financial service support can not keep up with the development situation.Based on status analysis and theoretical analysis,this study conducts an empirical analysis of financial support for tourism industry development.Using VAR model,mainly selected indicators of financial capital support(FCI),namely,financial scale index,financial development index and financial efficiency index,conducted cointegration test and Granger causality test,and concluded the results that financial support is positive relation with tourism industry development,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship,and improving operational efficiency of financial system can effectively promote development of tourism industry.Based on above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy proposals on financial support for development of Sichuan tourism industry,aiming at realizing the support of financial capital and financial policies for development of tourism industry.First is government increase financial policy support,second is to build a variety of financial capital support system,including bank credit,direct financing and other investment and financing channels.Third,promote upgrade of financial services and tourism consumption.Fourth,increase financial support for rural tourism.Through financial support for tourism industry,Sichuan tourism industry will be substantial development,from a major tourism province to a strong tourist province and the world's tourist destination.
