Financial Support Research On The Development Of Sichuan's Characteristic Towns

Characteristics of small town is a new practice,and is a new link between urban and rural,which conforms to the law of development of urbanization and accords with the real needs of the development of our country town currently.Financial,which is known as a modern social financing and monetary policy transmission channels,impacts on capital flows to the whole society and determines the direction of elements flow's direction and the evolution of industrial structure,and is an important part of economic and social development.Studying the financial support in the development of featured towns will help to improve the development efficiency of featured towns and enrich the connotation of financial support.In this paper,which is based on the actual situation of small characteristic town's development in Si Chuan province and combined with the growth pole theory,regional innovation theory in regional economics and financial supply and demand theory,financial deepening and financial constraint theory,it explores the present situation and problems of the characteristics of small town development in Si Chuan from the perspective of financial supply and demand.In the process of analysis,firstly,this article defines the connotation and the extension of the financial support and characteristics of small town,and emphasizes that the characteristics of small town in Si Chuan province on the connotation of the characteristics of small town is different from the Jiang Su and Zhe Jiang mode,especially in town.In the scope of this research,this paper studies characteristics of sichuan town which is including but not limited to the basis of "hundreds of town construction" in the national characteristic town,provincial town in the first feature,and selected "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" characteristic of small towns development planning of the town.Secondly,the present situation of financial support for the development of small towns in Si Chuan province is analyzed from the perspective of financial supply and demand.Thirdly,the problems and causes of financial support for the development of small towns in Si Chuan are discussed.By this study,although the characteristic small towns of Si Chuan flourish in recent years,the coexisting of basal differentiation and development patterns' homogeneity,financial constraints differentiation and homogeneity of financial mode,financial demand differentiation and financial channels' homogeneity have become the important bottleneck which restrict its development.Among them,the main problem that financial supports of Si Chuan characteristic town in the development process is the imbalance between financial supply and demand.The mian projects of financial demand are characteristic industry development,infrastructure construction,small and medium-sized enterprise development and personal financial needs.Financial supply is mainly from thepolicy finance,development finance,commerce finance and social capital,however owing to the characteristic small towns' features improminent,the role of commercial finance and the vitality of social capital has not effectively played.To solve the existing problems in financial support of characteristic small towns' development in Si Chuan.This paper,based on the experience of the domestic and foreign financial support for small towns' development and combined with the case of development of characteristic small towns in Si Chuan,has proposed the corresponding solution measures.In particular,it is necessary to adopt appropriate financial support measures according to the development level of featured towns,and Deepen on financial support to promote characteristic industries and enhance the core competitiveness of featured towns;in the meanwhile,on the one hand we should make up for the shortcomings of financial support in the development of special town,and in the other hand we should meet the financial needs of different micro-subjects;Besides,we also need expand financial support channels for the development of special towns and give full play to the combination of indirect financing and direct financing.Finally,we should create a good financial support environment for the development of special towns and to improve the effectiveness of financial support,so as to improve the financial support efficiency of the development of small towns in sichuan and realize the effective allocation of resources.
