Research On Financial Support Efficiency Of Tourism Industry In Xiangxi

The major reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Party in 2017 clearly stated the need to strengthen the capacity of the financial services real economy.Xiangxi is located in the northwest of Hunan province,the level of economic development is backward,but the tourism resources are very rich,tourism is not only a real economic industry,but also one of the pillar industries of economic development in Xiangxi.In the early investigation of academic project,the author learned that there is a shortage of financial supply and a mismatch between supply and demand in the progress of financial support for tourism industry development in Xiangxi.Under this background,evaluating the efficiency of financial support for current tourism industry in Xiangxi objectively,analyzing the influence factors of the efficiency of financial support for current tourism industry in Xiangxi scientifically,are of great importence for financial institutions to make financial support decisions and tourism industry to invest and financing and even related departments to do the strategic analysis.On the basis of social investigation,this paper analyzes the the efficiency of financial support for current tourism industry and the influence factors of the efficiency of financial support for current tourism industry in Xiangxi by means of the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis.Firstly,the relevant theoretical basis is combed and the relevant present situation is analyzed.Then according to the existing research results,comprehensive data availability,select input and output indicators that can reflect the efficiency of financial support for tourism industry in Xiangxi,and use the means of the Data Envelopment Analysis to measure the efficiency of financial support behavior in the development of tourism.On this basis,the influence factors of the efficiency of financial support for tourism industry in Xiangxi are analyzed by using the Limited Dependent Variable Model.Finally,according to all above results,the problems existing in the financial support for tourism industry in Xiangxi are found,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The results of efficiency evaluation show that the current development efficiency of financial support tourism industry in Xiangxi is low,and there are some cases of input redundancy and insufficient output.The results of the analysis of influencing factors show that the development of insurance market,the improvement of bank deposit and loan ratio and the improvement of the management ability of tourism enterprises can promote the efficiency of financial support,and the government investment has a significant impact on the efficiency of financial support,and the impact of tourism output on the efficiency of financial support is not obvious under the current situation.It is found that the financial system of Xiangxi is not perfect,the market financial support of tourism industry is insufficient,the development of tourism industry depends too much on government investment,and the level of production and management of tourism industry needs to be improved.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the improve and perfecting the financial system and strengthening the real economy of financial services,strengthening the support of market-oriented financial support mode to tourism,Promoting the change of the Government's role and giving full play to the leading role of the Government,and suggestions on optimizing the development of tourism industry.
