Research On The Development Strategy Of ICBC's E-link Mobile Social Platform

In the era of mobile Internet,online social networking has become a habit of people.The combination of mobile social network and finance has brought about a new mobile social financial industry,and the financial industry has been increasing the trend of social finance,which not only brings a historical opportunity for the transformation of financial institutions,but also challenges the ability to cope with it.Rongelian is a mobile platform provided by ICBC based on fully independent research and development to provide personal customers with online financial services for mobile terminals.The platform can meet the needs of customer business management and information exchange.It has become an important part of the strategic layout of the "three platform and one center" of the industrial and Commercial Bank e-ICBC.It is of great significance to the implementation of the ICBC Internet development strategy,the promotion of the business transformation of the ICBC and the development of the related mobile social and financial affairs.Based on the theoretical support of mobile social finance,this paper expounds the development orientation and current situation of the Rongelian platform,and analyzes the development strategy of the Rongelian platform in detail by using the SWOT analysis method.Finally,based on the previous research,it puts forward the research and practice of paying attention to demand research and functional development,strengthening the research and practice of Rongelian platform popularization and application mode,promoting the data analysis and application of the Rongelian platform,and improving the operational management ability of the Rongelian platform.
