Research On The Transformation Of Affiliated Hotels In The Coal Industry

Hotel industry is an important part of China's service industry,open earlier,market higher.Along with the National consumption ability increases greatly,the market demand continues to expand,the high and new technology unceasingly invests for our country hotel industry to develop new vitality.Economy and business hotels have led the trend of hotel industry during a period of continuous segmentation.However,with the development of economy and society,the emergence of high-end hotels,fast chain hotels,hostels,and homestay have brought great impact on economy hotels and business hotels.Although many government hotels have been reformed with the reform of state economic system,they are still closely related to the government.With the implementation of the eight regulations and six injunctions issued by the state in 2012,the operating income of the hotel industry,especially the government hotels,has fallen sharply.In the new situation,it is very important for the hotel industry to accelerate the hotel transformation if the hotel wants to survive and develop in the rapidly changing environment.HK Mining Hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the coal industry.In terms of business scope and hotel orientation,it is similar to a government-style conference hotel.Before the National "eight regulations" and "six bans" were implemented,HK Mining Hotel had better economic benefits.However,with the adjustment and change of the central policy,the operating efficiency of the hotel has been declining day by day,and it has gradually lost its competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.Therefore,for the HK Mining Hotel,the transformation and development has become the only way for the development of the hotel.Based on the review of the existing literature on the problems existing in the industry hotels and the theoretical basis and connotation of the transformation,this paper analyzes and studies the main problems existing in the actual operation of the mining hotels in the HK mining hotels by means of questionnaires and practical interviews,based on the analysis of the macro and micro environment faced by the mining hotels.This paper puts forward the transformation path of HK Mining Hotel from four aspects: product innovation,marketing strategy,performance management and hotel culture.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and points out the problems that needs to study in future.
