In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the gradual relaxation of monetary policy,China's banking industry has entered a phase of rapid expansion. As one of the most important financial instruments, the banking industry has no doubt on the role of the national economy. The Chinese bank conducted a series of reform initiatives,intensified competition among banks, so the domestic banks to an invincible position in the competition, the master of the talent resources is an inevitable road -- that is the strength of talent. The bank employee occupation socialization is an important way to the bank and to cultivate high quality talents, this paper aims to describe the current situation through the particularity of the banking and employee occupation socialization, to find ways to achieve social occupation, for China's commercial banks to better achieve social serving industry and puts forward some suggestions.In this paper, domestic bank employees occupational social status was described and summarized by analyzing the case interview results . with the help of man's socialization theory, the social role theory, demand hierarchy theory , N W branch bank employees professional socialization problems were expounded from four aspects of material requirements, respect needs, emotional needs and self-actualization needs , namely professional quality is not high, supportive factors are deficient, the society has a negative impact on employee professional socialization, employees' emotional needs and self-actualization needs are not being met. Secondly analyzes the causes of bank employees lacking of professional socialization from individual, organization, family,society and self reference group carrier of the socialization. Finally on the basis of this study, puts forward the realization of the domestic bank staff professional socialization path using the AGIL model: promoting the bank employee by training professional socialization, forming a new incentive mechanism to promote the bank employee professional socialization, improving the professional identity of the bank employee,adopting humanized management ways.
