How to rely on digital technology to realize the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing is an important topic for realizing "intelligent manufacturing",perfecting the "Made in China" + "Service in China" development pattern,and implementing the "three tasks,one platform" national strategy.Under the impact of the digital economy,the business market environment is showing high dynamic characteristics.The environmental changes of new technologies,new markets,new competition and new rules force companies to jump out of the comfort zone and break through the "traditional path" formed by previous practical experience,to create a new path with the digital context to guide enterprises to achieve high-quality transformation and upgrading.Therefore,how the advanced manufacturing industry can get rid of the dependent path and rely on the breakthrough path to achieve digital transformation is the key to the construction of a manufacturing country.From the perspective of path dependence,the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing is a large-scale system of complex,multi-variable,non-linear connection and organic interaction,and there are also huge differences in the production capacity,technical level,and number of employees between enterprises,the results obtained through single-path research are not easy to distinguish on the issue of path dependence,and the conclusions drawn can’t well guide China’s advanced manufacturing enterprises to realize digital transformation.The fuzzy qualitative set comparative analysis method is an analysis method based on set theory and Boolean logic algorithms,focusing on solving the research problems of the configuration perspective,which can rationally reveal the complex causality in the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing.Therefore,this article adopts the fs QCA method to study the path of digital transformation of advanced manufacturing from the perspective of path dependence.First,use the literature extraction method and meta-analysis method to comb the domestic and foreign literature on advanced manufacturing and digital transformation,analyze the key influencing factors,construct research models,design questionnaires and collect receipts;Secondly,use fs QCA 3.0software to perform single factor analysis and configuration path analysis on the data,and perform connection state analysis and substitution effect exploration on the basis of the analysis results;Thirdly,based on the analysis results and related cases to explore the path to the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing from the perspective of path dependence;Finally,according to the results,it provides a decision-making basis for the transition path of the advanced manufacturing value chain under the dual circular economy pattern.This article can rationally reveal the nature of the organic interaction between multiple elements behind the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing from the perspective of path dependence.The implementation path of digital transformation explored from the perspective of path dependence can also provide decision-making references for manufacturing managers.
