Since the twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of the global automotive industry and the improvement of people's living standards,the global market demand for automobiles is becoming more and more large.Due to catching historical opportunities,China has constantly brought in new technologies,expanded its scale and achieved leaping development by utilizing its own cost advantages and has become an important part of the global automotive industry system.Due to the hot development of China's automobile market,the market share between domestic and foreign auto parts companies has been generated.Most of domestic companies are scientific and technological companies.They not only need to compete with international business giants but also compete with other companies like themselves in the same industry.On the surface,these competitions are the competition of the product and the competition of the brand.But in the fact,these competitions are the competition of the talent and the strength of the product R&D.We must realize who can grasp the advantages of core technology and talent,who can occupy a favorable position in the competition.Therefore,for these technology-based companies,how to retain talents and improve their loyalty is very important for gaining product profits and expanding their living space.This research is based on HS company.I want to find out the factors which affect employee loyalty of HS company.Besides,I had read a lot of domestics and foreign literatures and learnt the related theory knowledge.I made a systematic research on the current situation and influencing factors of employee loyalty in HS company by using questionnaire and interview.Then used SPSS V22.0 software to analysis data from the questionnaire.The result shows that employee loyalty of HS company is at a lower level.Rewarding and welfare,training and development,job satisfaction,corporate culture,working environment and company development prospects are the main factors that affect employee loyalty of HS company.Finally,based on the results of questionnaire and interview and combined with HS company's actual situation,my research puts forward some strategies to improve HS company employee loyalty such as to take up a competitive salary strategy,to share the enterprises profits with employees,to improve work welfare and implement people-oriented management principles,to establish reasonable training mechanism and position promotion mechanism,to do a good management of staff recruitment and dimission,to build up significance company culture and to make staff full of confidence in the future of the company development.The purpose of this research is to suggest that the managers of HS company should pay more attention to employee loyalty and provide reference advice for the employee loyalty of HS company.
