With the continuous progress of China's economic development,human resources have become the most critical advantage of enterprise competition and development.The level of human resources management determines the development of enterprises,and also determines the core competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.As an important part of human resources management,salary management Rational utility is becoming increasingly apparent,the strategic development goals of enterprises and the realization of operating profits need to rely on salary management.With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in the market,more and more enterprises begin to improve the overall work efficiency of enterprises by docking the performance appraisal and salary system,in order to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprise development,establish a reasonable and scientific salary system,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and maintain The development advantages of enterprises are of great strategic significance.This research takes BK Education and Training Company of Wudi County,Binzhou City,Shandong Province as the research object,combines the development characteristics of its industry and the development strategy target of the enterprise,and studies the design of the salary system of the company.Based on the relevant theories of salary management,this study,combined with questionnaire survey and interview method,has a thorough understanding of the company's salary system operation and existing problems;then,employs post analysis and post evaluation to evaluate the relative value of the company's employees'positions,and the company's performance.Effective assessment system is redesigned,combined with the salary level of other education and training companies in the region,to design a salary system based on performance evaluation indicators suitable for the development of the company.
