Research On The Mechanism Of Disadvantaged Farmers' Common Prosperity And Its Generalizability—A Typical Analysis Of Daizhuang Organic Agriculture Cooperative

Agricultural development is the short board for the construction of a well-off society at present.The common prosperity of the disadvantaged peasants has become a huge problem hindering the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.The study of increasing farmers'income and getting rich has been a hot issue for many scholars,but many of them are only for a particular area,which does not have a good promotion significance.By developing the mode of organic agricultural cooperatives in Jiangsu,Dai Zhuang succeeded in bringing the peasants to a road of increasing incomes and getting rich.This development model has universal significance for most poor areas or underdeveloped areas,which is of great practical significance for solving the problem of farmers in China,and the development model of Dai Zhuang organic agricultural cooperatives also echoes the transformation of traditional agriculture to the development of modern agriculture.This thesis first briefly discusses the related concepts and theoretical foundations of farmers,farmers and weak farmers,and then examines the formation process of disadvantaged farmers from a historical perspective,and analyzes the characteristics of the vulnerable farmers and the causes of their difficulties in getting rich under the background of the new era.As an example,from the six aspects of the development of Dai Zhuang village,the process of getting rich of the weak farmers,the operation of the organic agricultural cooperative of the Dai Zhuang,the rational use of the natural environment,the dispersing of the peasants for the organized farmers,the introduction of the advanced production factors,the cooperative organization and the innovators of the operation system,the model of the development of the organic agricultural cooperatives is analyzed in detail.In the end,the author analyzes the extension of "Dai Zhuang experience" from the three points of complete generality,combination of local practice and the upgrading of Dai Zhuang's experience.Through the study and analysis of the appeal,it is concluded that the case of the successful development of the organic agricultural cooperative model in Dai Zhuang's mode of developing the weak farmers is not an accidental random event,but has its inherent mechanism,and the disadvantaged farmers in Dai Zhuang are bound to become rich by developing organic agricultural cooperatives.Moreover,Dai Zhuang's experience of developing organic farming cooperatives to get rich together is very common for underdeveloped and underdeveloped rural areas.The three experiences of introducing advanced production factors and dispersing farmers as organized farmers,sharing interests and "two distribution" are completely popularized."Village community one”mode,"unified integration" operation mechanism and rational use of natural environment need to be popularized in combination with local actual conditions.In view of the upgrades of "Dai Zhuang experience",this thesis gives the corresponding policy suggestions from the three aspects of changing the operating mechanism of the cooperative,establishing a market oriented organic agricultural production and operation system and developing organic agricultural cooperatives according to local conditions.
