With the development of science and technology,especially the deep development of Internet technology,the fast and convenient network transaction has gradually become an integral part of People's Daily life.The growing awareness of online shopping has brought about a prosperous development of B2 C e-commerce in China.According to the report of China e-commerce research center,in 2015,China's online retail B2 C account surpassed C2 C for the first time,and the proportion of online retail B2 C reached 52.5%.With the rapid growth of domestic B2 C e-commerce,a number of well-known B2 C e-commerce enterprises,such as alibaba,jd.com and Vipshop,are gradually gaining a foothold.But opportunities and pressures are coexisting,and behind such a flourishing Internet shopping frenzy comes a barrage of new Internet companies that are either unprofitable or struggling.The profit model is the key to determine whether a company can make a profit,and the successful B2 C e-commerce enterprises have found the profit model suitable for their development.From this perspective,most B2 C enterprises have not developed a set of sustainable development,with certain characteristics of profit model,so that they cannot achieve long-term profitability and steady growth.It is from this point,this article explores our country B2 C e-commerce enterprise leader is how to realize the profit,and using scientific way to carry on the financial evaluation,hope I am contributing to the development of B2 C e-commerce industry.By the product will be reported only at the end of 2017,only each business will maintain steady growth,continue to lead electricity industry,with the expression of 20 consecutive profitable quarters again break record of electricity industry profitability.Vipshop can survive and break records in the midst of e-commerce giant alibaba and the development of a strong jd,and its profit model is well worth exploring.Full text contents is divided into a total of five modules,using the method of literature investigation,case analysis,data analysis and other research methods,the first module in the introduction and the related theories and concepts as the second module,and then the third module to select China's fastest-growing-Vipshop B2 C electrical distributor representatives,for example,first introduced the basic situation,and then from five dimensions(profit,profit point,profit lever object,profits,profit barrier)analysis of the current profit model,it laid the groundwork for the following conclusion,the fourth module from a financial point of selecting certain financial index evaluation its profit model,combining with the above,it is concluded that the fifth plate Vipshop profit model exist advantages and disadvantages and give Suggestions,which in turn reflects on the outlook for the industry.Through the analysis of this article,the author found Vipshop can in the competition so large B2 C electricity industry to achieve two consecutive quarters of profit,really is closely connected with the profit pattern of its own unique advantages,such as the accurate market positioning,unique selling proposition,the strong background support,etc.,at the same time also found Vipshop profit model: the deficiency of the current marketing involves the area relatively narrow,logistics warehousing costs high,the supply of Vipshop mainly comes from second-and third-tier brand and so on.In view of the above problems,the author also gives relevant Suggestions.Through the analysis and conclusion of this paper,the author hopes to have some enlightenment on how to find the profit model suitable for the sustainable development of B2 C e-commerce enterprises.
