With the rapid development of China's economy and the changes in the internal and external industrial environment and export market,the initiative of the “Going out” international layout of textile and garment industry is obviously enhanced,foreign investment is increasing.Textile and garment industry has formed a positive interaction with transformation and upgrading of domestic industries,to maximize productivity optimization layout,to maintain and improve the core position in the international supply chain.Rely on the advantages of geographical location,trade preferential policies of regional economy,relative advantages of human resources and marketing development spaces,Southeast Asian countries become one of important destinations of overseas investment in China's textile and garment enterprises.This thesis gives an objective analysis of the region's investment environment,marketing development space and investment potential.It has great practical significance for the "going out" of the textile and garment industry.This thesis expounds the present situation of China's textile and garment import and export trade and foreign investment.The development and endogenous power of foreign trade are reflected in the changes of market and commodity structure.Foreign investment belongs to new capacity,with a variety of overseas investment models,and is trying to form strategic and synergistic effects of production capacity coordination and vertical integration of industrial chain.Through the explanation of Asia-pacific regional economic cooperation mechanism and related main content,characteristics of trade agreements and the interwoven relationship between each other,this thesis analyzes the development situationof our country and the main economic cooperation organization and the impact on the trade market.Compared with trade factors,comprehensive factors,advantages and disadvantages of industrial development of textile and garment market in Vietnam,Cambodia,myanmar,Bangladesh,India and Pakistan and other different southeast Asia countries which Chinese enterprises invest,these enterprises are also facing policy,international economic environment,low operating cost,environmental protection,government efficiency and many other problems and challenges when those countries has become an important destination of Chinese enterprises overseas investment.Take enterprises which invest in Vietnam for example,it explains that enterprises need medium and long-term development goals to choose way of overseas investment and market distribution,and at the same time paying attention to the cooperation and capacity matching of the industrial chain related enterprises,in order to lay a long-term advantage and then become competitive textile and garment supply.The research shows that the textile and garment enterprises should fully understand the national policies and the progress of the regional economic cooperation mechanism before "going out" to Southeast Asia.Also they should objectively understand the investment trade environment,the comprehensive marketing environment and other information such as comparative advantages,opportunities,risks,so that they can improve the quality of decision-making and management on the government policy,industrial structure,investment mode,the marketing space.After that they can see tangible corporation's benefits.
