In recent years,with the economic development of our country enters the new normal,financial ecology has been changed as the economic slowdown and structure upgrade,Internet financial financial services also played down the line,and the bank as a financial industry leader,in the ongoing reform,from the points of the improvement of the physical layout to the customer service function upgrade,from simple to fund,insurance,payment and settlement business agent and intermediary business,such as basic particle as the forefront of commercial bank competition,facing unprecedented challenges.As the most direct embodiment of the bank's competitiveness and sustainable development ability,the grass-roots branches can be transformed through the service mode of the network,provide more perfect financial integration services for the customers,and thus enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial Banks,and become a subject worth further study.This paper aims to explore the existing problems of the existing service mode by analyzing the existing service mode of the bank of J,and explore the service mode of customer self-service business,the counter service of the teller from the counter,reduce the business time of the customers,and enhance the cross-selling ability of the branches.Firstly,based on the research theory of domestic and foreign commercial bank service model and transformation,the paper analyzes the concept,connotation and characteristics of the transformation of the service mode of the basic network,and puts forward the influencing factors of the transformation of the service mode of the primary branches.Secondly,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the operation and management of J bank branches,and the status quo of the branch network service mode of the bank branch of J bank,and explores the restriction of the service mode of J bank branches.On the basis of this,it is proposed that the branch of J bank should be transformed in light and intelligentized in the direction of change,further integrate the physical resources of the branches,set up various new intelligent devices,release more manpower to participate in the network service marketing and maintenance work,and simultaneously improve the transfer ability of offline customers to online channels,so as to effectively improve the operation level of the network and increase the production capacity of the network,so as to realize the transformation of the service mode of the "customer-centric" retail banking financial services system and the primary branches.I want to be able to work through this research,to provide a way for j-bank's new branch service model to be used in a way that allows the bank to move their clients from high-cost cabinets to low-cost self-help and smart channels,and to keep their operating costs down,and to boost the competitiveness of the bank's network.
