The UniHz technology co.,LTD founded in 2002,based on intelligent transportation industry has more than 10 years,gradually developed intelligent snap products of all kinds of applied in road traffic,and apply for a series of patents.After 2013,the company's business gradually expands to the safety city and smart city industry,the company's revenue and profit to significantly enhance.Changeable market,however,some big companies strongly into intelligent transportation industry,product prices fell sharply,greatly stimulated the demand of the market at the same time,it has brought the huge impact to our company.For customer service department,the issue is project number decrease,customer service department strategic transformation is very urgent.In this paper,the UniHz technology co.,LTD's customer service as the research object,focus on the strategic transformation of customer service issues.Paper's research from three aspects,first of all,analysis of existing problems and causes of the problem;Secondly,according to the strategic transformation theory combined with the feature of the customer service department in internal and external environment and reference industry benchmarking enterprise's successful experience to find the direction of the strategic transformation,determine the objectives of the strategic transition,make the strategy of customer service department.Finally,the specific details of customer service strategy transformation are expounded,including import ISO20000 management system and optimization of operational management platform,etc.The customer service strategy transformation be formulate in this paper,it increase the trust of the company with the customer,improve customer satisfaction,and help company to build a stronger customer relationship.The strategy transformation is also expected to provide reference significance for other firms.
