Traditional commercial Banks have been greatly impacted by the globalization,liberalization and informatization of economy and finance,especially the rapid development of Internet finance.It shows that the customers of traditional channel bank branches are in a downward trend,the business volume of both counter and ATM continues to decline,and the traditional channels are weakened.New channels,such as intelligence channels,online banking,mobile banking rise rapidly.Their business volume nearly three years high speed growth.At the same time,traditional channels become more prominent for its long processes,complex authorization,risk management based on the subjective judgment.The implementation of intelligentization in bank is conducive to improving the service capacity of branches,accelerating the integration of traditional branches into the Internet,and improving the self-service experience of customers.At the same time,it is conducive to promoting Banks to change the network layout,integrate internal post functions,transform the business process,improve risk control ability,and promote positioning transformation.Based on a large commercial Banks as samples,this paper puts forward vbank change train of thought,through the methods of questionnaire investigation,case analysis,from analyzing the present situation and existing problems of large Banks,from the perspective of customer groups actively adapt to the financial habits change.The conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)it can improve the operation efficiency and customer experience by changing the customer line of the bank,upgrading the function of equipment and providing intelligent services.(2)the intelligent transformation of branches can release labor force,achieve the separation of long tail customers and the improvement of high-end customer service,and improve the marketing and capital operation efficiency of Banks.(3)intelligent services need to upgrade.By using big data and cloud analysis technology,we can improve customer identification ability,achieve customer diversion and accurate marketing,and finally achieve the integration of Internet technology and financial industry.Through the analysis,we get the enlightenment that needs to be paid attention to in the intelligence construction.First,the service in hall is very important.Second,a powerful support based on backstage data is the guarantee of intelligent performance.Third,the continuous upgrading of the service capacity of smart devices can enhance the customer experience.In the next step,vbank should enhance innovation in authentication mode,cash business processing,marketing service mode,risk prevention mode,labor combination and other aspects.
