Research On The Competitive Strategy Of Shandong GA Fire Detection Service Company

What are the opportunities and threats through social and cultural environmental analysis,and the changes in trends found through technical environmental analysis? What are the opportunities and threats for the company? Secondly,through the analysis of five aspects,such as competitors,potential entrants,suppliers,customers,substitutes and so on,we can draw the conclusion that the competition degree of Shandong building fire protection facilities testing industry is fierce,so as to find the opportunities and threats brought by the industry environment to the development of enterprises.Thirdly,through the analysis of the resource status and enterprise management ability of GA company,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are combed.The fourth is to select the GA company’s competitive strategy plan.According to the above conclusions and the related theories of strategic management,the GA company’s competitive strategy is formulated to make it competitive and sustainable development.Fifth,according to the selected competitive strategy,we design feasible implementation plan and specific safeguard measures including enterprise target analysis,management system guarantee,organization optimization,human resources support,brand management operation and technological capability renewal.Through the analysis of GA company’s current competitive advantage,management,industry environment system etc.,to determine the suitable for the company’s competitive strategy and implementation plan and take measures to promote and finally realize the GA company building fire detection industry,domestic first-class province first "corporate strategic objectives.The innovation embodied in this research lies in the perspective of research and content of research,that is,the paper fully integrates the modern enterprise’s competitive strategy theory with the building fire-fighting facilities inspection industry,and focuses on the present development of the building fire detection market in Shandong Province,and creatively puts forward GA company’s competitive strategy: “Functional testing and qualification advantages,adopting a differentiated “comprehensive technology service and market resource expansion”,which will provide theoretical references and practical lessons for the Shandong Province building fire detection market in its infancy.
