Research On Intelligent Transformation Of ZX Bank's Business Network

As a bridge of national economic reproduction,the banking industry is an important industry of national financial lifeline.In recent years,as China's economic development has entered a new normal,the banking sector,as a cyclical industry,is facing great pressure,impact and challenge.On the one hand,the economy of our country is in the transformation of development mode,the government guiding the banking services to the real economy,prevent and control financial risks,deepen financial reform,on the other hand,rapid development of Internet technology and financial media appear steadily,private banking and Internet banking booming national financial,the consumption level of residents has changed the traditional business model.For traditional bank outlets,how to make corresponding changes,establishing reasonable transformation way have important meaning,and with the development,how to seize the opportunities brought by smart financial development,transform the intelligent outlets of subsoil has become a important breakthrough,through the traditional concept of operation mode,service process and thinking innovation,disruptive revolution.It is a great significance to the positioning,transformation and competitiveness of bank branches.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the literature review,research ideas,methods of the paper and expounds the research content and innovation points.The second chapter first defines the concept,and introduces the Potter competitive strategy theory and core competence theory used in the article,summarizes the theoretical analysis model involved.The third chapter introduces the situation of ZX bank,then analyzes the situation of ZX bank with the key factors such as organizational structure,business processing mode and customer structure,and gives an overview of the current situation and problems of intelligent transformation,also clarifies the problems in the process of intelligent transformation of business branches.The fourth chapter is the external environment analysis faced by ZX bank.The macro environment is analyzed by using the PEST analysis method,and the five forces model is used to analyze the industry environment.Meanwhile,SWOT analysis is used to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of ZX bank and the challenge of opportunities.The fifth chapter,based on the internal and external environmental analysis,gives a specific transformation approach based on the market positioning and development vision of ZX bank.The sixth chapter is divided into four dimensions--improving business form,promoting intelligent operation,upgrading service mode and accelerating the integration of channel construction,to put forward safeguard measures for intelligent transformation and ensure the smooth transformation.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research,puts forward the research conclusion and prospects for the transformation of the ZX bank business outlets.As one of the important development trends of banking development,"network intelligence" has a relatively short development time,and the transformation experience is obviously insufficient and there is a large ununderstanding in the development mode and development path.However,there are few researches related to this.Based on the actual situation of ZX bank,this paper proposes a series of transformation approaches and provides some reference for the intelligent transformation of other commercial Banks.The next step is to make a post-evaluation work of ZX bank's transformation approach and ensure the quality and efficiency of the transformation.
