Under the rapid development of Internet and finance,the banking industry is seriously impacted.For a long time,traditional banks have been the main source of income for banks to earn deposit and loan interest margin,various transaction fees and card fees.Under the influence of Internet finance,the banking industry,as the main business model in the financial field,has been seriously impacted.The strong rise of Internet finance has not only seized the market share of commercial banks,but also the customer resources of traditional commercial banks.Under the background of the rapid development of financial technology,this paper analyzes and studies the intelligent transformation of grass-roots outlets of LS branch of Agricultural Bank of China.Firstly,the paper analyzes the operation status and the necessity of transformation of LS branch.Through consulting literature,field investigation,learning from and absorbing the successful transformation cases of excellent bank outlets at home and abroad,and combined with PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,it further explains the necessity and urgency of network transformation of LS branch.Combined with the actual situation and characteristics of LS branch,formulate transformation measures.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that LS branch must speed up the intelligent transformation of outlets in order to improve its competitiveness and occupy the market,and looks forward to the transformation of LS branch in the future.
