The grassroots business outlets of China's commercial banks have always been the main place for China's residents' savings management.With the rapid rise of Internet finance,bank outlet customers are gradually losing,customer loyalty and customer stickiness are weakening.China's commercial banking outlets face great challenges brought by Internet finance.Bank of Communications S Branch is transformed as part of China's commercial banks.Through the research on the transformation of bank of communications S branch,it can provide reference experience for the national bank branches.In order to study the integrated transformation direction and strategy of S branch outlets,this paper collects a large number of reference materials and summarizes the analysis and research of guidance papers such as bank branch transformation theory and long tail theory.The field research method was used to understand the development environment of bank outlets in S City,and to analyze the opportunities and challenges encountered in the development of bank outlets in the Internet era.Select the B network point of Bank of Communications S Branch as the research sample,collect a large number of relevant internal data of the bank.According to the data chart,study the customer characteristics of the network and combine the results of the field investigation to find out the existence of the B network.Problems such as poor software and hardware environment,backward customer marketing,and unreasonable employee management have been analyzed in depth.According to these problems of S branch outlets,this paper has made corresponding solutions.According to these problems of S branch outlets,through the research on the transformation of traffic S branch network,the author wants to gradually explore the problems and experiences in the process of integrated network transformation through the research of this problem,and improve the market competitiveness and long-term development of bank outlets.It is hoped that the research process and results can provide reference for the further improvement of the business model of Bank of Communications business outlets.The innovations of this paper's research are mainly reflected in:First,the long tail theory is proposed as the strategic guiding ideology for the transformation of Banks in the Internet era.That is to say,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,retail groups will gradually replace big customer groups to become the main target customers to seize the market.Second,the use of technology and finance to create an electronic full coverage,business process efficiency of intelligent bank network model.
