Research On Industrial Upgrading Of Taishan District,Tai'an

Since China has entered a new era,the contradictions of all aspects of our economy have been highlighted.Industrial upgrading has become a difficult task to overcome for all regions.Taishan district,located in Tai'an city of Shandong province,has formed an industrial structure with tourism as the main body.With the potential of natural resources constantly excavated,the relative lag of other industries caused the "cask effect",which makes irrational economic structure,declining growth of GDP and slightly weak economic development in recent years.A sustainable industrial upgrading is needed to maintain the high speed growth under the“new normal economy”.Therefore,based on the theoretical research of industrial optimization,this paper tries to explore the development status of industrial upgrading in Taishan District ofTai'an,and find out the problems and put forward the guiding policy suggestions for the future industrial upgrading.This paper first combed the west theories of industrial optimization,and found that most domestic researches are empirical of a certain industry,and less attention in areas with better industrial structure or better development of service industry.Secondly,the present situation of industrial structure in Taishan District of Tai'an is studied.On the basis of understanding the characteristics of industrial development in Taishan District,there goes the comparative study of Qufu,lixia and licheng district through three analysis methods of industrial structure change coefficient,SSM and grey correlation analysis.The conclusion is that Taishan district has an industrial structure with high supererogation and low rationalization.Then,the problems of every industry are analyzed in macro and micro aspects,and the conclusion is that there are many structural problems in the first and the second industries.Finally,the paper puts forward the principles and different proposals of industrial upgrading in Taishan District of Tai'an.
