Development Strategy Of Fujian Dayong Ecological Agriculture

In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents in China,more and more consumers worry about food safety and hope to eat safe food urgently.The government not only increases the crackdown on illegal food,but also introduces relevant policies to guide and encourage enterprises to invest in ecological agriculture,to provide safe,healthy green food for customers.In this context,it is of great practical significance to study the strategic planning of Fujian Dayong Ecology Corporation.After related literature review,this thesis systematically analyzes the internal and external environmental forces,including PEST analysis of macro environment,five forces model of industry environment and,SWOT analysis of micro enterprises.Basis on these analyses,this study formulates the company’s future strategic planning.It puts forward core project driven strategy,the strategy of combining science and technology innovation with industry,talent strategy,operational strategy and financial management strategy.At last,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of the top level design,financing strategy,talent team construction,organization structure design and so on.
