The Research Of Yanan City Strategic Development Planning Based On Geographical Condition Monitoring

Strategic planning of urban development is a long-term plan for the future development of the city,and it plays an important role in urban development.The research of urban strategic development in China is still in the exploratory stage,and most of the study fields are the cities,counties and other administrative regions,so there are still many shortcomings.The present development of globalization and the deepening of reform make new demands on the future development of Yanan.Expanding its development space and making an executable strategic development planning have become an important theme for Yanan at present.In this study,starting from the actual needs of-the development strategy of Yanan,relying on the realistic background of urban development,Taking the central city of Yanan as the research scope and based on the the analysis of the domestic and international development.Further more,the article discusses the strategic from of the city development,with a main goal resolving into five goals,including population carrying capacity,city space industry space,ecology construction and so on.(1)Using GIS software to evaluate the land resources,summarize the geography situation and current situation of land resources.Forecast the population capacity of the area in the next 15 years and the scale of future development based on the balance of supply and demand.(2)On the basis of three stages of the spatial structure development,summarize its spatial structure characteristics,judge development level and existing problems,and put forward the urban space development strategy of reliefing perfecting,and protecting holy land;functional subareas and group development,and the spatial pattern two hearts,three axis and multi-zone forming in the future.(3)Put forward the suitable leading industry for the development of Yanan,through the analysis of location entropy,deviation-share,the present situation of industrial development,combing the industrial base of Yanan and combining with China's industrial projects with promising development in the next ten years.At the same time,it needs to divide four major industrial parks,build six industrial clusters,cultivate sixteen industrial chains,build five supporting platforms to explore the old part of town,new part of town divisions of industries function of economic and industrial function zone,and industrial layout program of two hearts,two valleys one area and six groups.(4)After several years studying the main problems of the ecological environment,they put forward the adjustment strategy,so good ecological environment becomes an important driving force for urban development.So that the future development direction of Yanan is according to national strategic positioning and it is also in line with the requirement of Yanan natural geography and ecological environment,so as to ensure the future sustainable development of Yanan.
