In the increasingly fiercely competitive environment for imported cross-border of e-commerce market,enterprises fights for market share through various ways of "price war",such as discounts,depreciation and so on.In addition to transparent price competitions,free distribution as a unique service mode plays an important role in cross-border market share competition.However,free distribution service without threshold brings a high logistics cost to an enterprise,which reduces profits,and it will result in the loss of orders if an e-commerce enterprise charge for shipping,to make market share is reduced.How to formulate a free distribution strategy to obtain more orders and profits has become one of key issues for cross-border e-commerce companies.This thesis takes the A cross-border e-commerce platform as an example to study the formulation of free distribution strategy of cross-border imported e-commerce platform,aiming at selecting a better free distribution plan for the A cross-border e-commerce platform,and providing reference for other enterprises to solve related problems.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current business status of the A cross-border e-commerce platform and the current situation of free distribution services in industry.Then,this thesis builds a single freight model based on pricing theory of logistics service,develops consumer purchasing decision model and consumer increase purchase quantity model based on theory of consumer decision,and finally constructs corporate gross profit model.Based on the industry free shipping thresholds and freight charges,this paper initially sets 35 free distribution plans to be selected for the A cross-border e-commerce platform,and brings the values of different freight charges and shipping thresholds into the model for solving,and then selects a better plan according to the company's operational indicators.Finally,this paper analyzes the changes in the order volume,gross profit,average unit price and other factors under the conditions of free shipping threshold changes and freight changes,and provide management suggestions for the A cross-border e-commerce platform based on the analysis results.
