China as a world power,whether it is for our country and for our personal,economic development and the improvement of living standards,require the development of sophisticated manufacturing as a strong backing,can not only bring the advanced production technology,but also improve the host country’s innovation ability,to lay the foundation for China to catch up with world powers.This paper mainly discusses the spillover effect of FDI technology and its influence on the height of China’s manufacturing industry.Firstly,the technology spillover effect of FDI and China’s manufacturing industrial structure highly quantified,the panel data of 27 provinces in the next2010-2016 years China’s influence on FDI technology spillover effect factors of the linear regression model and threshold regression model test,the threshold regression model to analyze the threshold effect of FDI technology spillover effect the height of the industrial structure of our country,the empirical analysis of the threshold regression model to analyze the impact of FDI technology spillover effect on China’s industrial structure upgrading,and the relevant conclusions are summarized,in order to improve the high degree of industrial structure in China to provide data support and policy recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are:first,mainly for the decline in the proportion of the unbalanced regional distribution and utilization status of the FDI technology spillover effect of China’s manufacturing industry in East China is the highest proportion;second,in the linear regression model and threshold regression model test,the influence factors of FDI technology spillover effect of human capital,R&D,GDP percapita has a significant positive effect on the technology spillover effect of FDI,while the average education level of positive influence on FDI spillover effect is not significant.On the threshold regression model test,when the human capital as the threshold variable,the corresponding threshold value of 4.6058,5.9922,6.3986,and the positive effect and human capital on FDI technology spillover effect is small;when the R&D as the threshold variable,the corresponding threshold value of 12.7441,14.6211,13.7817,and R&D positive influence on the technology spillover effects of FDI first decreased and then increased after decreased;when the per capita GDP as the threshold variable,the corresponding threshold value of 10.5461,10.1716,11.4813,and the per capita GDP on FDI technology spillover effect is gradually decreased;when the average level of education as the threshold variable,the corresponding threshold value is 9.6127,8.3465,8.5639,and the per capita GDP positive impact on technology spillover effect of FDI increased first and then decreased.Third,with the continuous improvement of FDI technology spillover effect,there is a nonlinear positive impact on the industrial structure of China’s manufacturing industry.When the technology spillover effect of FDI as the threshold variable,FDI technology spillover effects on the coefficient of manufacturing industry in our country the body height were 0.2441,0.2114,0.2392,0.2534,said the coefficient changes the technology spillover effect of FDI,with the FDI technology spillover effect increasing,it is different for the manufacturing industry the height of the structure of China’s influence,first decreases then increases.Based on the above research,we should make rational use of FDI technology spillover effect in order to improve the industrial structure of China’s manufacturing industry and promote the development of our country’s economic level.
