The Belt and Road Initiatives give countries and cities along the route new opportunities and challenges.NZP become the first port which has over 900 million tons in throughout capacity.This article chooses SIPG and NZP as the research object.It analyzes the financial statements,the financial indicators,business model and financial strategy matrix from 2012 to 2016 of SIPG and NZP.It compares their financial performance,financial policy and financial strategies together with the assessment for the company's operating strategy.It hopes to be able to find out the reason of two companies' financial performance differences and provide some valuable suggestions for NZP's future continued development.The paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter one is introduction,which introduces the research background of this article,then provides a brief introduction for SIPG and NZP,history of the company development,main financial date,briefly the reason of selecting the topic,the research content and research framework.Chapter two is analysis of macroeconomic and industry.Chapter three is the three-dimensional analysis of two companies' three financial statements.Further dig the financial situation based on the analysis of the company's balance sheet,income statement and cash flow statement by using the trend analysis and the structure comparison.Chapter four is the analysis of the key financial indicators of these two companies.Via analysis for profitability,utilization efficiency of assets,assets liquidity,solvency and cash generating ability,give comments for the two companies related advantages and weaknesses.Chapter five is the analysis of of business model.Chapter six is the analysis of financial strategy matrix and evaluation of financial policies.Give strategically assessment after review and analysis the company's policies of liabilities,dividend,working capital and investment policy.Chapter seven is conclusion and recommendation.Summary the company's financial situation and strategy,give some proposals based on the conclusion from the analysis and assessment in previous sections.Through of analysis of SIPG and NZP,I found SIPG is better in the profitability,cash creation,value creation,risk control and growth.SIPG has significant advantages in business strategy.SIPG is also better in financial policies.SIPG is in the area of value-creating and money shortage.NZP is in the area of value loss and money shortage.In view of the situation;I wish to make the following proposals.Firstly,NZP should stable the main business and enhance the management level.Secondly,NZP should optimize the structure of financing,adjust dividend policy and improve the efficiency of capital management.Thirdly,NZP should construct a lean logistics system;actualizeinternational strategy and diversification strategy.
