Study On The Influence Factors Of Basic Endowment Insurance Rate Of Rural Residents In Tongren City

With the continuous development of economy,China's rural areas are affected by industrialization,urbanization and population aging,and the function of family pension and land endowment is weakened,and farmers' demand for social care increases.In order to solve the problem of pension,guarantee the time an ageing population,to promote the development of China's old-age insurance system,the state council on February 21,2014 across the country the establishment of a unified system of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents,and puts forward to 2020 years ago,with a fair,uniform and normative basic endowment insurance of urban and rural residents.In this paper,including Guizhou province as the research object,Tongren belongs to China's western mountains,is the third batch of national pilot city,the new farming maintain local farmers to attend primary endowment insurance of urban and rural residents can reflect the operation situation of local rural endowment insurance,and puts forward some countermeasures to increase the rate can provide a reference for the development of other parts of the endowment insurance.This paper first expounds the basic old-age insurance system of urban and rural residents including the development of the situation,through to the personal interview and questionnaire survey data analysis,pointed out that factors influencing farmers' rate,countermeasures are put forward.The results show that the factors influencing the basic endowment insurance rate of the urban and rural residents in tongren city are cultural factors,annual income factors,number of children,and factors of policy satisfaction.This paper uses the public service,demand hierarchy theory and combining with the actual situation,to improve the rural residents in urban and rural residents basic endowment insurance rate and improve the system proposed attaches great importance to the education of farmers,strengthen farmers ginseng protect consciousness;The rural poverty alleviation work combined with basic endowment insurance of urban and rural residents,improve the service system,such as making including expanding urban and rural residents endowment insurance coverage,let more people enjoy the fruits of the development of the society,to promote the development of including the social security system.
