Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Heilongjiang Province's Economic And Trade Cooperation With Russia

China and Russia are each other's largest neighbors,and they are both emerging market powers and big scientific and technological powers,and economic and trade cooperation has great potential.Especially in recent years,frequent exchanges between high-level visits and friendly development of political relations have laid a solid foundation for the steady development of bilateral economic and trade.Heilongjiang province and Russia linked to land,economic and trade relations have a solid foundation for cooperation in recent years,with the development of the trade steady region of Russia,and improve the level of cooperation,mutual investment cooperation and remarkable achievements.Heilongjiang province how to make full use of geographical and industrial advantages,to promote economic and trade cooperation with Russia in all fields,to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation,is an important issue in the current opening up work of Heilongjiang province.This paper first reviews the relevant theories of international trade and economic cooperation,mainly for economic cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Russia,on the introduction and analysis of the theory of regional economic cooperation,regional economic cooperation theory,international investment theory and Trade Gravity Model for analysis of Heilongjiang Province Economic and trade cooperation between Russia to provide a basis for theoretical support.This paper introduces the general situation of the Heilongjiang Province Economic and trade cooperation with Russia,including Heilongjiang province and Russia import and export trade status of Heilongjiang Province,and Heilongjiang province of Russia's investment on the main problems facing the Russian economic and trade activities at this stage,and to analyze the influencing factors of Heilongjiang Province Economic and trade cooperation with Russia's use of trade gravity model.Finally,on the basis of summarizing,analyzing and comparing,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further promote the economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia.This paper systematically and comprehensively introduces the theory of international trade and economic cooperation,according to the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province Economic and trade cooperation with Russia,mining Qiao gravity model analysis method to carry on the analysis,makes the conclusion more scientific,to further strengthen the Heilongjiang province has a positive significance on economic and trade cooperation with Russia.
