Effects Of Scientific And Technological Business Incubators' Investment And Financing Service On Its Performance

The scientific and technological business incubator is a new social and economic organization.Its main responsibility is to provide various services for the technology start-ups,including the basic services of the business field and the value-added services of the business consulting class,and so on to promote the development of the enterprise.Since 2014,the wind of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is blowing up in China,and innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important driving force to promote the economic development of our country.At the same time,the incubator of scientific and technological enterprise is the cradle of incubating enterprise and an important tool to promote the industrialization of science and technology,and is considered as an important place and agglomeration to push the development of regional economy.The main position of the enterprise investment.In recent years,with the continuous development of high-tech science and technology and the entrepreneurial market,the service structure of incubator is facing the transformation and upgrading.The basic services,such as the original provision of property and housing equipment,should be transformed into value-added services,such as providing business consulting,assisting management,investing and financing.In the whole value-added service system,the investment and financing service can effectively solve the difficult and expensive problem of financing and financing which the start-ups are facing.It is the key factor to improve the service level and quality of incubators and promote the transformation and upgrading of incubators.The content and frame of this study are as follows: Chapter 1,introduced the research background of this article,summed up the related literature research status,and introduced the research content of this article;the second chapter,discussed the impact of the investment and financing service on the incubator of scientific and technological business incubator on its incubating performance and the principle of action;the third chapter,the use of empirical analysis.The analysis method validates the research hypothesis of this paper;the fourth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the investment and financing service level and the Incubator Performance of the technology business incubator.Based on the data of national science and technology business incubator,this paper studies the impact of technology and business incubator investment and financing services on its incubation performance.The investment and financing service level of incubator is measured from the two aspects of the scale of incubator investment and financing and the coverage rate of incubator investment and financing,and the incubator incubator performance is divided into three modules,namely,entrepreneurial performance,innovation performance and economic performance.Based on the number of graduates in the incubator,the number of approved intellectual property rights,the total income of incubators as the dependent variable,a panel regression model is constructed for the investment and financing of the incubator fund and the accumulative technical service platform,and the investment and financing of the incubator is analyzed.The effect of service on its hatching performance.Research shows that the incubator performance,innovation performance,economic performance and business incubator financing scale is reversed U;incubator performance and economic performance of business incubator and investment and financing is positively correlated between the rate of coverage,incubator innovation and incubator financing coverage is not related.
