Study On The Measurement And Influence Factors Of Industrial Restructuring And Upgrading In Shandong Province

Industrial restructuring and upgrading reflects the direction and pace of industrial development in a region and can be used to represent the balanced development of the first,second and third industries in a region.At the same time,with the changes in the status quo of industries in each region and the external macro-environment,the direction and speed of industrial restructuring and upgrading in different regions will also change.Shandong Province,as a traditional industrial province,light industry,textile,machinery,chemical industry,metallurgy and building materials are the traditional industries with advantages in size and scale,ranking the top in the country.However,with the expansion of the total industrial output and the change of the external development environment,the structural contradictions of traditional industries have become increasingly prominent.The extensive economic development mode and serious environmental pollution problems have put Shandong under tremendous pressure to transform and upgrade the industry.In a certain sense,the demand of Shandong Province for industrial restructuring and upgrading is also more urgent,which is the top priority of Shandong's economic development.By studying the process of industrial restructuring and upgrading in Shandong Province,it is found that in the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shandong Province,the industrial structure has gradually shifted from the "231" economic pattern to the current "321" pattern since 1978,and the tertiary industry Has begun to catch up with the secondary industry.In addition,the employment distribution of the three major industries in Shandong has gradually shown a pattern of "three one two one" development.The proportion of employment in each industry shows no significant difference from the disparity between the first and second industry in the three industries.From In terms of the speed of transformation and upgrading,during the period of 2002-2016,Shandong Province was in the process of industrial restructuring and upgrading.Due to the impact of the financial crisis,the pace of transformation and upgrading gradually slowed down after some time in 2007,but until 2011,the national economy After a slow recovery process,the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shandong Province began to speed up again.According to the desirability of the data,this paper mainly studies the impact ofvarious factors in the macro-sphere on the industrial transformation and upgrading,and respectively influences from four aspects: political factors,economic factors,social factors and technical factors Factor index system.On this basis,based on the data of Shandong Province from 2002 to 2017,using principal component analysis and regression analysis,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of industrial restructuring and upgrading in Shandong Province.The results show that the level of economic and technological development factor and financial efficiency factor,education resource factor and industrial restructuring and upgrading are positive correlation,the other two factors on the industrial restructuring and upgrading will have a certain impact,but also will promote the pace of industrial restructuring and upgrading.And in accordance with the extent of the impact of the size of high and low,followed by: economic and technological development,financial efficiency,industrial development,ecological environment,education resources.According to the results of empirical analysis of the level measurement and influential factors of industrial restructuring and upgrading in Shandong Province,in order to further promote industrial restructuring and upgrading,improve industrial structure and promote Shandong's economic development,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: optimize the financial market environment and provide green support for industrial restructuring and upgrading;changing the structure of factors of production and seeking industries from the aspects of supply Upgrade the driving force;strengthen personnel support for industrial transformation and upgrading;enhance innovation-driven and lead the industrial restructuring and upgrading.
