How to motivate middle managers'enthusiasm and activity,How to make use of middle managers'intelligence and knowledge fully to create maximal value and realize the target of enterprise,is becoming the keyjob ofHuman Resource Management.As long as manpower is, resource and the value of resource is realized through currency,remuneration system management is doomed to be the important part of Human Resource Management.How to design and establish the suitable compensation program?How to make compensation become one of motivation factor?The questions mentioned above are main problems,which the compensation managers have to answer.Yongzhou Hongii real estate company is a Chinese—foreign joint venture property real estate enterprise,its original middle manager Compensation incentive has not played the big role.Based on the experience of establishing new compensation program of the enterprise,this thesis will try to do some theoretical and practical research work on these questions,especially on the compensation program of middle managers.This article take Yongzhou Hongji real estate company middle managers'Compensation incentive mechanism as the object of study,is for the purpose of causing the theory application and the practice research unifies,for the similar enterprise'S middle managers Compensation incentive mechanism provides one kind of referece.The paper first reviewed domestic and foreign about the Compensation incentive and the present situation,to the Yongzhou Hongji real estate company'S organizational structure,the personnel condition,the middle manager Compensation incentive the present situation and SO on has carried showing. Next,adopts adjusts the questioning volume the way to the company middle manager Compensation incentive the situation has made investigation and.the analysis,and summarized the Compensation to the mechanism main question as well as produced reason. Then,this article rests on Hong~i real estate company the actual situation,unifies the forecited analysis basis,gives a set to unify the enterprise actual Compensation plan.Finally,and will later implement the question to this plan which in the process will possibly meet to put forwardthecorrelationproposal.
