In August 2013,the State Council issued the "Broadband China" strategy implementation plan,and broadband became the national strategic public infrastructure for the first time.Broadband service is a high-cost,low-yield and long-cycle service for operators.Operators need to continuously increase investment in broadband to make them continue to increase.Operators need to adopt high-definition video after satisfying users' basic network requirements.For the representative of the Internet TV business to add value to its broadband business to boost revenue from broadband services.China Telecom and China Unicom have inherent advantages in fixed networks and have already laid out their Internet TV business in advance.As a new entrant,China Mobile has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in order to locate Internet TV services and formulate corresponding development strategies.This article takes the Fujian Mobile Internet TV business as an analysis object.After a brief introduction to the Internet TV market and Fujian Mobile company,it analyzes the external environment analysis and internal resource capabilities of the Fujian Mobile Internet TV business;and on this basis,it proposes Fujian Mobile Internet TV business competition strategy;Finally,it made recommendations for the implementation and protection of this competitive strategy.The research results believe that under the environment of triple play and under the general trend of continuous decline in operator income growth,Fujian Mobile's development of the Internet TV business not only enables the company's broadband business revenue to grow steadily,but also greatly increases user stickiness and enhances the company's Future competitiveness in the field of digital home services.In order to develop the Internet TV business,Fujian Mobile should adopt a differentiated competition strategy and focus on content differentiation and service differentiation in order to attract and retain users.At the same time,on the basis of the differentiation strategy,Fujian Mobile should focus on the training of product operations and technical capabilities,plan and implement around the technology,and ensure the user experience of Internet TV.
