Research On The Evaluation Of Logistics Capability Maturity Of Multimodal Transport Enterprises

To promote the structural reform of the supply side of the logistics industry and to accelerate the construction of the modern logistics service system are the major tasks of the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry in China.Multimodal transport,as an important part of the modern logistics industry,is generally regarded as an important symbol of the modernization of the logistics industry.Logistics capability is a comprehensive index to evaluate the development level of enterprise logistics.Constructing the evaluation index system of logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises helps enterprises find their short board,tap their potential for development,and investigate the logistics capabilities of enterprises in all directions and angles.At present,the academic research on logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises has not been involved in the development of logistics capability,can provide guidance for the multimodal transport enterprise that is few,therefore,in order to more scientific evaluation of logistics capability and the ability to ensure the multimodal transport enterprises to enhance the accuracy of direction,it is necessary to study the development status of logistics capability.The multimodal transport logistics capability maturity evaluation on the development of multimodal transport enterprises play a decisive role,how to evaluate the logistics capability maturity of multimodal transportation business has become an important research content,empirical research methods used in this study,the first to collect data through the questionnaire,analysis and reliability analysis,item analysis,validity and establish the evaluation index system of logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises,followed by the use of entropy method to determine the weight of evaluation index,and using the ideas of CMM,established the Logistics Capability Maturity Model of multimodal transport enterprises,the final selection of Weifang transport company for empirical analysis,validate the rationality and maturity model application.In this paper,we use the software capability maturity model for reference,andfind out the limitations of the research by summarizing the previous studies,and put forward the research train of thought in this paper.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.First,it introduces the background,significance and purpose of the research.Finally,it introduces the research contents,research methods and innovation of this paper.The second chapter has combed the current research status of multimodal transport,enterprise logistics capability and maturity model.Through summarizing the useful experiences and shortcomings of previous studies,it analyzes the necessity of this study and lays a theoretical foundation for the later study.The third chapter is about the relevant concepts used in this paper,and combing the relevant theories used in this paper,for the theoretical support of this article.The fourth chapter is the index system of logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises.First,the concept of logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises and the influencing factors of enterprise logistics ability are put forward.Then,according to the principles and ideas of the index design,the initial index system of logistics capability of multimodal transport enterprises is constructed,which mainly include logistics cost,logistics time,quality assurance,flexible operation,information management,and holding capacity.Continue to develop 6dimensions of 39 single indicators,and then by issuing questionnaires to reduce the39 single indicators,determine the final index set,and finally use the entropy method to determine the weight of the index.In the fifth chapter,using the idea of CMM,the maturity model of multimodal transport enterprise logistics capacity is established.The maturity of multimodal enterprise logistics capability is divided into 5 grades,including initial level,growth level,management level,standard level,optimization level,and comprehensive application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Cauchy membership function to calculate multimodal transport enterprises.The maturity value of logistics capability is used to determine the maturity level of the development of the logistics capability of the enterprise,so as to evaluate the maturity of the logistics capability of the multimodal transport enterprises.The sixth chapter,in order to verify the rationality of the index and the applicability of the maturity model,makes an empirical analysis of the maturity of the enterprise logistics capability,and uses the above methods to calculate the maturity value of the enterprise logistics capability,and draws the maturity level of the enterprise logistics capability,and verifies the feasibility of the research method.The seventh chapter summarizes the contents of the full text and makes a superficial exploration of future research.
