Commercial Investment Group Logistics Platform Performance Evaluation

Under the development opportunities of the "One Belt And One Road" national strategy,the strategic layout of China-Singapore "southbound corridor",and the transportation artery of the "new Eurasian land bridge",with the idea of "stick to the main business to create new advantages and explore the market to seek new opportunities",Lanzhou new area business logistics investment group co.,ltd(hereinafter referred as BLIG)aims to deeply cultivate the core competitiveness of the two main businesses of trade and logistics,and take the advantage of import trade resources and logistics platform,based on the five provinces in northwest China,BLIG will develop the domestic sales market,strive to build an "international trade and logistics model enterprise",meet the needs of the west area's economic and social development of resources supply,and build a modern international logistics hub.Therefore,the paper takes BLIG as the object to study the logistics performance level under multimodal transport project and put forward optimization suggestions.First of all,this paper studied the world bank's logistics performance index theory,summarized the point of theoretical connotation,performance index and scoring rules,etc,combined with the current operation situation and resource of BLIG,put forward the service effect,platform operation,and platform for logistics performance evaluation index system.Secondly,it constructed the logistics platform performance evaluation system of BLIG,established the hierarchy structure and index weight through analytic hierarchy process,and then used fuzzy evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the logistics platform performance of BLIG and drew corresponding conclusions.Thirdly,aiming at the problems raised by the fuzzy evaluation method in the evaluation,the paper put forward the countermeasures to promote the performance of the logistics platform of BLIG,so as to provide reference and reflection for enterprises in the future development.Through analysis and research,it is concluded that the evaluation score of BLIG logistics performance is 3.11 points,more than the average score(3 points),which shows its favorable trend.The index score of the comprehensive criteria level,which is in the stage of poor development(2 points),is as follows: firstly,the platform advantage failed to give full play,which indirectly affects operations of Zhonghuan north station,railway port and grain port;secondly,the evaluation score of enterprise relationship is 2.69.The problems are mainly manifested as the weak comprehensive strength,low loyalty and no leading enterprises in the area.Finally,according to the evaluation result,combined with the market demand and enterprise development planning,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the future development of the existing platform and port resources of BLIG from the aspects of platform operation,policy support,channel construction,investment attraction and support for enterprise development.
