Multimodal transport is the developing trend of freightage. In the internal transportation, motor-rail multimodal transport is the main form of multimodal transport. But in the transport practice of motor-rail multimodal transport in C hina, Large capacity for transportation over a long distance, there are usually transit nodes between the production and sale. The goods by the railway transport to relay nodes, the road transit complete contact of the distribution. As many suppliers of road transportation services, in order to better implement public rail transport door to door service and reduce unnecessary tedious process, selecting logistics service suppliers that provide road transportation service is particularly important. From the logistics service supply chain point of view, the paper consider the railways as a logistics service integrator to select functional logistics service suppliers and task allocation for it.Firstly, the paper analyzed the principle of selecting logistics service suppliers and process. Considering the supplier evaluation index system design principles, we established the logistics service provider evaluation index system based on the balanced score card and selected group analytic hierarchy process.The second, after the comparative analysis of various evaluation methods, the paper chose Group Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the model of choosing the logistics service supplier. Under the condition of given certain logistics task, the paper discussed the optimization combination problem of logistics service providers. Then we established the task allocation model, considering the total value of purchasing of a logistics service integrator. Finally, examples analysis shows that the proposed model is scientific and effective, offering the objective basis to choose the logistics service supplier for the demanding enterprises.
