China's market economy develop rapidly,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.Each enterprise pursues the goal of maximization of profit,while ensuring the survival and development of the company.However,enterprise employees play a crucial role in this process.The attitude and satisfaction of each employee's work affect the efficiency of the employee's work,which affects the future development of the enterprise inevitably.It can be seen that employee satisfaction can diagnose the current situation of human management and the cornerstone of enterprise development.The customer satisfaction determines the future of the enterprise.Customer satisfaction is related to job satisfaction closely.If enterprises want to develop in the long run,they must find ways to retain talents and continuously improve their job satisfaction.This paper's case is a sales enterprise which located in the famous city-liaocheng.It is a brand of car sales,maintenance,logistics joint-stock company.It is mainly engaged in automobile,auto parts,automobile fittings sales,used car transactions,car rental,two kinds of motor vehicle maintenance and other businesses.The sales volume of automobile sales can account for 82.6%of the total business revenue of the enterprise,which can be seen as the importance of the sales business.In recent years,the turnover rate of employees has reached about 40%,and the turnover of sales staff is the highest.Such a high turnover rate greatly reduced the operating profit and the service level of the enterprise,which make the employee feel uneasy and work enthusiasm drops,cause the team overall ability is insufficient,influence the development of enterprise seriously.In this paper,A car sales enterprise is used as the research object,aiming at improving the employee satisfaction of the company.The first part of the article is a background study,which is based on the status of employee satisfaction research at home and abroad,and introduces the methodology:questionnaire,interview,research,quantitative analysis,and research and purpose.The second part introduces the meaning of employee satisfaction and the basic theory,determines the factors that affect the satisfaction,and lays the theoretical foundation for the following.The third part of enterprise employee satisfaction research design and data collection,analyzed the current situation and existing problems for the employee satisfaction research,affect employee satisfaction model is established with the fourth part analysis the weight basis.The last part of the scheme of employee satisfaction,truly use into the enterprise management,empirically,the feasibility of the validation protocol,so as to improve the service level of the enterprise and market competitiveness.According to the research content to form the research route of this paper,First,the theory of employee satisfaction is used to make A basic understanding of employee satisfaction in car sales.Second,the interview method and questionnaire survey were used to analyze the current situation of employee satisfaction in the company,and collect relevant data by means of research methods.Third,the model is established to describe and analyze the data,and to find the factors that influence the employee satisfaction and low employee satisfaction.Finally,the paper puts forward a feasible scheme to improve the satisfaction of the enterprise.This study is helpful to optimize enterprise human resources management,employee satisfaction survey and research to make timely,comprehensive management to hear employees,understand the enterprise current situation,fully meet the realistic requirement of employees.Facing the increasingly fierce competition,it is beneficial for company A to stand out in human resource management.It is more advantageous to promote A enterprise customer satisfaction,employee satisfaction can provide customers with efficient,high-quality services and products,business services and products also can get the customer's satisfaction and recognition.Therefore,the research significance of this paper is significant.
